Sleep In A Bottle

It's one of the most annoying things when you've been waiting to get in bed all day, and the moment you do you're wide awake. Tossing and turning, getting irritated, overheating. It's so not fun. This, alongside occasional late-night anxiety is what prompted me to reorder this Deep Sleep Pillow Spray.

About six years ago, my mum bought this spray for me to help me cope with panic attacks. As nice as it was to use, unfortunately nothing seemed to tame those horrid experiences, so my view of this product was a little bit tainted. I expected miracles but after all, this is not what this product was intended for.
Fast forward to now, and I have brand new reasons for buying this, yay! I thought it would be nice to use every now and then on the nights before exams, during busy deadlines seasons and for pre-holiday nerves. Bad news - I think my boyfriend might be allergic to it, so we'll have to wait and see whether I can use it regularly! Typical...

The spray contains a mixture of lavender, vetivert and camomile which smells SO good. It's very relaxing and kind of makes you feel like you're in a spa. All you need to do is spray it on your pillows and/or covers, easy.

I can't wait to start using this product again, and I really recommend it if you have trouble falling asleep for whatever reason, especially for those of us to start overthinking and worrying at night time.
